Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the lack91 platform. By accessing or using lack91, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must cease using the platform immediately.

Each user is permitted one registered account. Creating duplicate accounts to circumvent restrictions, claim multiple bonuses or bypass KYC obligations is a material breach of these Terms.
All promotional bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them are not withdrawable until the applicable turnover threshold has been met.
You are required to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before withdrawing funds. Accepted documents include a valid CNIC or government-issued photo ID and proof of address.
Fraudulent activity, collusion, match-fixing involvement, use of automated bots, chargebacks and abuse of promotional structures are all strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the lack91 platform, accessible at https://lack91.cam ("Platform", "Site", "lack91"). lack91 is an online gaming and sports betting information platform operated in the English language and targeting users in Pakistan.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and the operators of lack91 ("we", "us", "our", "the Operator"). By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager or otherwise using any feature of the lack91 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
lack91 is designed to serve Pakistani users who wish to engage with online gaming, cricket and PSL sports betting, live casino games, slots and related entertainment content. The Platform provides information and access to gaming services in English, with Pakistani Rupee (PKR) context throughout. References to familiar payment methods such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are included for user orientation only and do not constitute endorsement of gambling by any such provider.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
By accessing the lack91 Platform in any manner — whether by browsing, registering an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet or interacting with any feature — you unconditionally accept these Terms as a binding contractual obligation. If you are acting on behalf of a third party or corporation, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
These Terms supersede any prior agreements, representations or understandings (oral or written) between you and lack91 relating to your use of the Platform. Where any conflict arises between these Terms and the terms of a specific game, promotion or tournament, the more specific terms shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
Registration and use of the lack91 Platform is available only to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

We reserve the right to request age verification documentation at any stage and to suspend or close any Account where the age requirement is not satisfied.
You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your jurisdiction permits online gambling before registering. lack91 does not guarantee access from all locations and may restrict or block access from certain jurisdictions at any time without notice.
You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, voluntary exclusion agreement, legal prohibition or court order restricting your participation in gambling activities.
To register a lack91 Account, you must provide accurate, complete and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and phone number. You are prohibited from registering using fictitious names, aliases or another person's identity. Any false information provided during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.
Each natural person is permitted to hold only one active Account on the lack91 Platform. Registering multiple accounts for any reason — including to claim duplicate bonuses, circumvent deposit limits, or evade self-exclusion — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be closed and any Funds or bonus balances will be forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party or permit any third party to access your Account. lack91 will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify lack91 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
Prior to processing any withdrawal request, lack91 requires you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You will be required to submit:
Failure to complete KYC to the satisfaction of lack91 will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is successfully completed.
The payment methods available on the lack91 Platform are displayed in the live cashier at the time of transaction. Availability may vary depending on your location, account verification status and the Operator's current arrangements with payment processors. Familiar Pakistani payment references such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, and bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are referenced for user orientation only. None of these institutions endorse, permit or are affiliated with gambling operations on this Platform.
Withdrawals are subject to: (a) completion of KYC verification to the Operator's satisfaction; (b) fulfilment of all applicable wagering requirements on active bonus funds; (c) the account being in good standing with no outstanding disputes, chargebacks or fraud flags; and (d) the minimum withdrawal threshold being met as displayed in the cashier.
Withdrawal processing times are determined by the Operator's review procedures and the processing timelines of the selected payment method. No specific processing time is guaranteed by lack91. Users are advised to ensure their KYC documentation is submitted and verified in advance to avoid delays.
Withdrawals must, where technically possible, be made to the same payment method and account used for the corresponding deposit. This requirement exists to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. The Operator reserves the right to require alternative withdrawal arrangements where the original deposit method is unavailable, subject to satisfactory identity verification.
All bonuses, free spins, enhanced odds offers, loyalty rewards and other promotions offered by lack91 are subject to specific Terms & Conditions applicable to each individual promotion ("Bonus Terms"). The Bonus Terms will specify the wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum qualifying deposit, maximum bet restrictions during wagering, expiry period and any other conditions that apply.
Wagering requirements represent the total volume of bets that must be placed using bonus funds before any winnings derived from those bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are specified as a multiplier (e.g., 30x) applied to the bonus amount, deposit amount or combined sum, as stated in the applicable Bonus Terms. Contribution rates vary by game type; slots may contribute 100% while certain table games or live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate or zero.
Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, exploiting software errors, placing low-risk hedging bets designed to minimise wagering risk while satisfying turnover requirements, or any other behaviour that the Operator deems contrary to the spirit of the promotion — will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
Bonus funds and associated free spins that have not been used within the stated validity period will be removed from your Account automatically. It is your responsibility to track the expiry dates of active promotions. Expired bonuses will not be reinstated.
Casino games offered on the lack91 Platform use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been certified by independent testing laboratories. Return to Player (RTP) percentages displayed on the Platform or in game information panels are illustrative examples based on long-run statistical outcomes and do not guarantee individual session results.
Bets placed on cricket (including PSL T20 fixtures, ICC tournament matches and bilateral series), football, UFC and other sports are governed by the specific sporting rules and settlement procedures posted in the sportsbook section of the Platform. In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, the Operator's decision shall be final, subject to any formal dispute resolution procedure outlined in Section 16.
The Operator reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation or postponement beyond the applicable re-scheduling window; manifest pricing errors; incomplete events where official results cannot be confirmed; or evidence of match manipulation. Voided bets will be settled at the original stake, with no winnings or losses applied.
In the event of a technical fault, system error or connection interruption during a gaming session, the Operator will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the session from server-side records. The Operator's server records shall be the definitive record of game outcomes. lack91 does not accept responsibility for losses arising from interrupted internet connections on the user's side.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the lack91 Platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

By accepting these Terms, you expressly consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, anti-money laundering obligations, and the delivery of personalised communications (subject to your marketing preferences).
lack91 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only where necessary for the operation of the Platform (e.g., payment processors, KYC providers, fraud detection services) or where required by applicable law.
All content on the lack91 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, data, design elements and the overall compilation of the Platform — is the intellectual property of the Operator or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, transmit or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the express prior written consent of the Operator.
Game content, graphics and associated intellectual property displayed on the Platform may be the property of third-party game studios or content providers. All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lack91 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise.
lack91 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, viruses or other harmful components, or that defects will be corrected. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may affect availability without notice.
While lack91 makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of information on the Platform — including game descriptions, odds, bonus terms and payment method references — the Operator does not warrant the completeness, accuracy or currentness of any information. Game odds and promotional terms are subject to change.
The Platform may contain references to third-party services, payment providers or sporting organisations. These references are for informational purposes only. lack91 does not endorse, warrant or assume responsibility for the products, services or practices of any third party.
lack91 reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, a revised version will be published on the Platform with an updated effective date. Where practicable, we will provide reasonable advance notice of significant changes through in-platform notifications or email communication.
Your continued use of the lack91 Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and contact support at the address provided in Section 17 to arrange account closure.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is incorporated or licensed, as disclosed in the Platform's licensing documentation. Disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of your experience on lack91, you should first contact our customer support team at the address provided in Section 17. We will acknowledge your complaint within two (2) business days and endeavour to resolve it within fourteen (14) business days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved informally, you may escalate the matter through the dispute resolution mechanism applicable to the Operator's licensing jurisdiction.
lack91 does not make any representations regarding the enforceability of these Terms under Pakistani law. Pakistani users access the Platform at their own discretion and assume full legal responsibility for compliance with local law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. This clause does not constitute legal advice and you should seek independent legal counsel if you are uncertain about your obligations.
